- Worked on plasticizer DEHP-Observations showed reproductive anomalies; altered estrus cycle, hormonal imbalances, infertility, still birth, cannibalism , azoospermia and other physiological abnormalities.
- General Toxicity study and genotoxic effect of environmental pollutant DEHP have been conducted. Chromosomal aberrations and DNA damage have been observed .
- Chronic exposure study of DEHP on experimental animal model :Observations showed anomalies and incidence of Non- Hodgings lymphoma , Uterine cancer and Ovarian cancer etc.
- Study of effects of medicinal plant extract on induced experimental animal models : Extracts of Curcuma and Withania showed marked effect on tumor and induced diabetic mice model .Phyllanthus and Eclipta showed hepatoprotective properties in pollutant induced mice model and also a marked healing in hematological indices in radiation( cobalt-60)exposed mice
